How it works
Three steps, then you get on with your day.
Step 1: Book a window
Pick an arrival window: 2 hours, 1 hour or 30 minutes, depending on your plan. Tell us where the car is parked and how to reach the charge port.
Step 2: Track your Runner
When your Runner is on the way, you get a text with a live map, their first name and photo, and the van's plate.
Step 3: Come back charged
Each charge adds up to 40 kWh, about 120+ miles for most EVs. You get a photo, the energy added and a receipt.

Common questions
Do I need to be there?
No. Most members aren't. If your charge port only opens from the car's app, you open it when your Runner arrives. We text you when they do.
Do you do emergency roadside charging?
No. We're scheduled charging, not roadside rescue. Planning routes ahead is what keeps prices down. If you're stranded, call your roadside assistance provider.
When will I be charged?
Not until service starts in your ZIP and you choose a plan. Joining the waitlist is free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, online, in two taps from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and we email you a confirmation. See our cancellation policy.
