High-voltage equipment near your car deserves care. These are the rules we run by.
Insurance
We won't run a single charge until our coverage is in place: general liability, commercial auto, coverage for damage to customer vehicles while we service them, workers' compensation for our team, and cyber liability. Fleet and property customers can request a certificate of insurance before service starts.
Runners
- Every Runner passes a background check and a driving-record review, with their written authorization and in line with California law.
- Every Runner completes high-voltage safety training before their first charge.
- Runners wear uniforms and are named, with their photo, in your tracking link.
Equipment
- We use UL-listed charging equipment and inspect vans and chargers before every shift.
- Runners follow your vehicle manufacturer's charging limits and stop a charge if anything looks wrong.
Every visit
- Photos of your car at check-in and check-out, attached to your receipt.
- Cables are routed to avoid trip hazards and never left unattended across walkways.
- Incidents are reported, reviewed and followed up, every time.
If something goes wrong
Email info@voltrunnerev.com with your booking details and any photos. We reply within one business day and handle claims through our insurer. In an emergency, call 911 first.
